03 / WORKING WITH A PROVIDER
Just starting?
Or already have a supplier?
A supplier's quotation is a useful starting point. It helps to know exactly what's included, what you need to arrange separately and who will look after the drawings and certificates.
We can work along side your chosen suppler. Bring us the plans and quotation, and we'll help you understand the questions to ask before work begins.

THREE USEFUL QUESTIONS TO ASK
01
Will it work my garden?
Check the layout, access and location, as well as whether the planning conditions can be met.
02
What does the price include?
Ask about foundations, service connections, drawings and professional fees.
03
Will it work my garden?
Agree who handles the design, checks during the build and paperwork before anyone moves in.
